A dog will offer to prison inmates, even hardened criminals, unconditional love. They will teach other respect and discipline and our fellow human beings, who went out of luck, will not forsake their human spirit.
If there will be violence against the animals, then they will be withdrawn.
Why not? Why not start a pilot scheme here in Hong Kong?
